New to yoga? Looking to try it for the first time – maybe it’s been a while since you’ve been to class?
Either way, we’ll make your start at Unfolding Yoga an enjoyable one.​
For New Students we have a Two for One Intro Class Pass.​
​The classes use a step-by-step approach that introduces you to the postures. You will develop strength, balance and learn to move well, while following simple, clear instructions and demonstrations.​
Monday Tuesday at 6.15PM and Thursday at 7.00PM. Open level Yoga classes, with a well paced format.

Use of sequencing to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation.
